Everything you need to know about launching and managing your NIL app

Can I collab with teammates on an app?

Yes. Add teammates as admins. Build together.

How can I live stream?

Stream through Kick, YouTube, Twitch. Embed directly in your app. Supporters watch without leaving.

What media can I upload?

Everything. SoundCloud tracks, YouTube videos, Twitch clips, X posts, TikToks, BandLab, photos & videos from camera roll.

How does booking work?

Add services to your booking tab - training sessions, appearances, meet & greets, whatever you offer. Set your rates and availability. Supporters can book directly through your app. You approve each booking to stay in control of your schedule.

Do I handle my own store?

For now, yes. You control inventory, pricing, shipping. Full automation coming soon.

Can I make money without selling merch?

Multiple revenue streams. Bookings, exclusive content, supporter subscriptions, digital products, app sales, sponsor deals.

How do sponsors support me?

Virtual map feature. Pin businesses & sponsors on your map. Supporters see who backs you. Track engagement. Sponsors can get their own domain on your app just like supporters.

What can the AI do?

Control everything with text/voice. Internet access for research. Code custom features by asking. Content generation. It's your assistant.

Can I DM and call?

Yes. Direct messaging works everywhere. Video calls work on laptop/desktop.

What if I need help?

Community support free. Priority support for Pro. We actually answer. No ticket systems.

Who is this for?

Everyone. High school, college, pro athletes. Esports players, fitness influencers, extreme sports athletes, content creators. If you have sports supporters or want to build an audience around your sports brand, this is for you.

Do esports athletes get the same features?

Yes. Stream your gameplay, sell coaching sessions, drop exclusive VODs, build your brand. Same platform, same tools. Your esports career deserves a real home.

I'm a fitness influencer, not a traditional athlete. Can I use this?

Absolutely. Sell workout programs, offer 1-on-1 coaching, post exclusive fitness content, build your community. The platform works for anyone building a personal brand.

What about extreme sports like skateboarding, BMX, surfing?

Perfect fit. Share your clips, sell sponsorship spots on your map, book appearances at events, drop limited edition content. Your sport is different, your platform should reflect that.

I'm a trainer or coach, not an athlete. Can I use this?

Yes. Sell training sessions, offer group coaching programs, book 1-on-1 consultations, share training videos, build your client base. Perfect for personal trainers, skills coaches, sports trainers, anyone coaching athletes.

How much control do I really have over my app design?

Full control. Change colors, upload custom backgrounds, organize your tabs, choose what features to show. AI can code custom features if you need something specific. It's your app, not a template.

How do I get paid from bookings and sales?

Direct to your account. Set up payment processing through Square. Money hits your account, not ours. You control pricing, availability, everything.

Can I sell digital products like training plans or meal guides?

Yes. Upload PDFs, videos, guides, whatever. Set your price. Supporters buy, get instant access. Keep 100% minus payment processing fees.

What if I want to switch from another platform?

Easy. Import your content, bring your audience over. No lock-in, no penalties. Most athletes run this alongside other platforms, then move fully when they see it works.

Can parents manage apps for younger athletes?

Yes. Parent accounts can create and manage everything. Full admin control. Perfect for high school athletes who need oversight.

What's stopping this from being another social media platform that sells my data?

You own your app and data. We don't sell user data. No ads. We make money when you upgrade to Pro. Simple business model.

Can I use my own domain name?

Pro plan only. Connect your custom domain - yourname.com instead of yourname.nilsportstech.com. Full branding control.

What happens if I go viral and get massive traffic?

We scale with you. Infrastructure handles it. No surprise bills, no throttling. Your success doesn't break the platform.
