Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on platform

Blockchain Data: Wallet addresses, transaction history (public on blockchain)

Public Profile: Your name, photo, bio, and posts are visible to anyone who visits your app
Blockchain Data: Wallet addresses and transactions are publicly visible on the blockchain
Payment Processors: We share necessary payment info with Square to process transactions
AI Services: If you use AI features, we send prompts to Anthropic, Meshy, and OpenAI (subject to their privacy policies)

3.2 Information We Do NOT Share

Your PIN (stored as a secure hash, never shared)
Your private keys (encrypted and only accessible with your PIN)
Private messages (unless required by law)
Payment card numbers (handled directly by Square)

4. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your data:

Encryption: PINs are hashed with bcrypt; private keys are encrypted
HTTPS: All data transmission uses SSL/TLS encryption
Access Controls: Only authorized personnel can access user data
Regular Audits: We review security practices regularly

However: No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential. If your PIN is compromised, unauthorized access to your funds is possible.

Deleted Accounts: Data is deleted within 90 days of account deletion
Blockchain Data: Transactions on the blockchain are permanent and cannot be deleted
Legal Holds: We may retain data longer if required by law

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of NIL Sports Tech after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
