Summary

We collect what we need to run NIL Sports Tech, power your app, process payments, and deliver NIL Moments, media, and purchases. We do not sell your data.

What We Collect

Account and profile info you provide, such as app name, name, email, sport, role, team, bio, and profile image.
Security info like your PIN (stored as a hash) and session data.
Team info, including admin and signup PINs when you create teams.
Content you upload or post, including photos, videos, NIL Moments, shop items, documents, and messages.
Purchases and order info, including buyer email and shipping address if a physical item is involved.
Payment settings you add, such as Square or Stripe connections and payout handles like PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.
Crypto data if you use blockchain features, such as wallet address, token address, and transaction IDs.
Notifications data, such as push subscription endpoints and keys if you enable browser push.
Email and outreach data if you connect Gmail or Microsoft, including connected account tokens, email templates, sent email logs, and open or click tracking.
Usage and device data like IP address, browser, pages viewed, and feature usage.

How We Use It

Run the platform and your app.
Process payments and verify access.
Deliver digital downloads and manage physical order details.
Send notifications you enable.
Support NIL Moments creation and marketplace listings.
Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
Improve performance and features.

Who We Share It With

Payment processors (Square, Stripe) to complete transactions.
Connected services you enable, such as Google, Microsoft, YouTube, and Square OAuth.
Service providers that help us run features (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Meshy, and hosting tools).
Anyone who can see content you make public in your app or on the NIL Moments marketplace.

Public and On-Chain Data

Crypto features are optional and only apply if you launch a NIL Moment or token. If you do, wallet addresses, token addresses, and transactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain. We do not control or delete on-chain records.

Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove data once the request is processed. Some records may be kept for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention. On-chain data cannot be deleted.

Your Choices

Edit or delete your content and profile where available.
Disconnect external services (Google, Microsoft, Square).
Disable push notifications in your browser settings.
Request account deletion by contacting us.

Children

Not for children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). If you are under 18, you should have parent or guardian permission.
